Manijeh Razeghi

Manijeh Razeghi is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Northwestern University. She holds the Walter P. Murphy Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering title and serves as Director of the Center for Quantum Devices. Her research focuses on compound quantum semiconductor science and nanotechnology, including the development of advanced semiconductor quantum devices such as lasers, photodetectors, and transistors.
