Pedram Khalili

Pedram Khalili is a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Northwestern University, where he also serves as Co-Director of the Applied Physics Program. His research focuses on nanoelectronics, nano-magnetism, and spintronics, with an emphasis on nonvolatile memory and logic, magnetic tunnel junctions, spin waves, and microwave magnetic devices. Khalili has contributed to the development of energy-efficient magnetic memory technologies and has been involved in several industry and university collaborations. He is affiliated with the Physical Electronics Research Laboratory (PERLab) and has held academic and industry roles, including co-founding Inston Inc. and serving as its chief technology officer.
