Daniel Neill

Daniel Neill is a Professor of Computer Science, Public Service, and Urban Analytics at New York University. He is also affiliated with the Center for Urban Science and Progress and the Center for Data Science. His research focuses on developing machine learning methods for social good, with applications in public health, safety, and urban analytics. Neill directs the Machine Learning for Good Laboratory at NYU and has previously served as co-director of the university's Urban Initiative. His work includes algorithmic fairness, urban systems, and data-driven tools for improving public health and safety.
