Ed Grant is a Faculty member in the Department of Chemistry at The University of British Columbia. His research group focuses on laser spectroscopy, ultracold plasmas, and Raman spectroscopy. The laser spectroscopy group investigates quantum states using high-power tunable lasers, while the ultracold plasma research explores molecular beam techniques to study plasmas at temperatures below 1 K.
