Tom Knight is a Retired Faculty member at The University of British Columbia, affiliated with the BUS department. His research interests include Change Processes in Labour-Management Relations, Interest-Based Collective Bargaining, Collective Bargaining under Employee Ownership, Workplace-Level Dispute Resolution, and Employee-Owned Enterprise. Knight's work has focused on various aspects of industrial relations, including the role of the Duty of Fair Representation in union grievance decisions and the impact of technological change on collective bargaining. His publications appear in journals such as Relations Industrielles/Industrial Relations and Industrial and Labor Relations Review.
