Regular biography
Adel Gamar is Adjunct Professor at The University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business, where he teaches adaptive leadership and organizational management. He is the cofounder and CEO of a boutique leadership and management consultancy based in Vancouver, Canada. Gamar has advised senior leaders of Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, and governments worldwide. He served as Education Specialist at UNESCO and Policy Fellow at Harvard Law School, where he taught adaptive leadership and negotiation. He also serves on various boards, including the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce and the Douglas College Board. Gamar holds an MPA from Harvard and a B.Ed. from the University of Calgary.
