Patrick (Pat) Reilly

Patrick (Pat) Reilly is an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Division at The University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business. His research interests include occupations, creativity, career development, communities of practice, non-standard work, and qualitative methods. Reilly holds a B.A. from Emory University, M.A. from New York University and University of California Los Angeles, and a Ph.D. from University of California, Los Angeles. His work has been published in journals such as the Academy of Management Discoveries and American Sociological Review. He teaches courses such as Negotiations and Power and Politics.
