Kai Li

Kai Li is a Full Professor at The University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business, within the Business Administration department. His research interests include corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate culture, corporate innovation, gender and finance, and machine learning. Li's work has been published in top-tier journals such as the Review of Financial Studies, Management Science, and the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis.
