James Vercammen

James Vercammen is a Full Professor at The University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business, within the Strategy and Business Economics Division. His research focuses on agricultural and natural resource policies, agricultural markets and marketing, and agri-food industrial organization. He teaches Managerial Economics (BCom) in the 2024-2025 academic year. His work includes publications in journals such as the Canadian Journal of Agricultural Economics and the Journal of the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists. He holds a joint appointment with the Faculty of Land and Food Systems.
