Izak Benbasat

Izak Benbasat is a Retired Faculty member at The University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business, within the BUS department. His research focuses on evaluating human-computer interfaces, particularly in designing web-based interfaces to support business-to-consumer electronic commerce.
