Garland Chow

Garland Chow is a Retired Faculty member at The University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business, Department of BUS. His research interests include Supply Chain Management, Global sourcing, Sustainable sourcing, Supply chain sustainability, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Taxicab regulation, Location of value added services in the supply chain, and Managing supply risks and disruptions. He has contributed to various publications and has been involved in projects related to supply chain analysis and intelligent transportation systems. His work includes studies on the Canadian-United States supply chain, vehicular telematics, and commercial vehicle screening systems.
