Erica Moszkowski is an Assistant Professor in the Strategy & Business Economics Division at The University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business. Her research interests include Urban Economics, Real Estate Economics, and Industrial Organization. She has published work on topics such as gentrification and retail churn, including a paper accepted for publication in Regional Science and Urban Economics. Moszkowski holds a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Williams College and M.A., PhD. in Business Economics from Harvard University. She teaches courses such as Urban Land Economics at the BCom level.
