David Swanson is an Assistant Professor in the Accounting and Information Systems Division at The University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business. His research interests include the Economics of Regulation, Political Economics, and SEC Securities Litigation. Swanson holds a BSc in Business Administration and Mathematics from Oregon, an MSBA from Rochester, and a PhD from Rochester. He teaches Introduction to Financial Accounting as part of the Bcom program.
