Regular biography
Cluny South is a Sessional Lecturer in the Marketing and Behavioural Science Division at The University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business. With a B.A. [Honours] from Central St Martins, London, and a PhD from UBC, Cluny brings over 15 years of industry experience in TV Production, Advertising, Educational Research, and Factual Programming, including work for the BBC. Since moving to Canada in 2009, she has pursued her PhD while working as a marketing researcher with organizations such as the BC SPCA, Canadian Wildlife Service, Department of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations, and BC Hydro. Her research interests include pro-social consumer behaviour, cause marketing, marketing ethics, sustainable and conservation marketing, and consumer behaviour in human-animal interactions.
