C. Tsuriel (Tsur) Somerville is an Associate Professor at The University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business, within the Strategy and Business Economics Division. Their research interests include housing markets, real estate development, real estate finance, affordable housing, and the economics of cities. Dr. Somerville's work has been published in journals such as Real Estate Economics and the Journal of Urban Economics. They are affiliated with the Real Estate Foundation of BC and teach courses such as Real Estate Investment and Real Estate Development at the undergraduate level.
