ZHANG Haiyan

ZHANG Haiyan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting at Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management. She holds a Ph.D. from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and has been affiliated with Tsinghua University since 2009. Her research focuses on accounting information and capital market mechanisms. She has published extensively in journals such as Contemporary Accounting Research, Accounting and Business Research, and China Accounting Review. Her work includes studies on auditor behavior, corporate governance, and financial disclosure. She also teaches courses in financial accounting, management accounting, and Chinese taxation.
