Regular biography
ZHANG Chen is an Associate Professor in Leadership and Organization Management at the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. She joined Tsinghua University in 2018 and teaches at both the doctorate and undergraduate levels, including courses such as Research Methodology in Management, Management as a Perspective: Systematic Thinking and Effective Actions, and Business101: Introduction to Management. Her research focuses on organizational behavior, with areas including work design, time, energy, and well-being issues at work, and proactive behaviors in organizations. She has published in top-tier academic journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Personnel Psychology, and the Journal of Applied Psychology. ZHANG has also contributed to practice-oriented articles in Harvard Business Review.
