XIE Deren

XIE Deren is a Professor in the Department of Accounting at Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Accounting from Xiamen University and a B.S. in Accounting from the same institution. His research interests include accounting, interdisciplinary studies on accounting, new institutional economics, and corporate governance. He has published over 70 papers in journals and authored three books. XIE has served as an Independent Director of several companies and has been involved in the development of enterprise accounting standards in China.
