XIAO Yongbo

XIAO Yongbo is a Professor in the Department of Management Science and Engineering at the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Management Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University, as well as a B.E. in Management Information Systems. His research focuses on Revenue and Pricing Management, Service Systems and Service Management, Operations Management and Supply Chain Management, and Healthcare Management. He has published extensively in top-tier journals such as Naval Research Logistics, Production and Operations Management, and Operations Research.
