WU Zhiming

WU Zhiming is an Associate Professor in the Department of Leadership and Organization Management at Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management. His research interests include organization and human resource management, leadership, cross-cultural management, employee psychology and behavior in the era of digital intelligence, and employee recruitment and selection. He has published in refereed journals such as The Journal of Social Psychology and Journal of Applied Psychology, and has presented at international conferences.
