Regular biography
WANG Xueli is an Associate Professor in the Department of Leadership and Organization Management at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management. Her research focuses on Chinese-style business management, organizational change, strategic human resource management, and organizational culture. She is also the Director of the Center for Development of Sports Industry, Tsinghua University, and has contributed to sports industry policies and research. WANG has published extensively in core journals and case studies, and her work has been recognized with teaching awards and honors, including the National Award for Outstanding Contribution to Sports in 2020.
