SUN Jing

SUN Jing is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Science and Engineering at Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management. Her research interests include Strategy Decision and Change Management, Service Operation Management, Decision Science, Statistical Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery, Quality Engineering, and Total Quality Management. She has published extensively in journals such as Tsinghua Management Review, Asian Journal on Quality, and Journal of Tsinghua University. SUN has also authored several books, including 'Quality Management (4th Edition)' and 'Six Sigma Yellow Belt Handbook'. She has held various academic and industry roles, including serving as Academic Director of the 2014 GMBA program and participating in international conferences and symposiums.
