LU Shuye

LU Shuye is an Associate Professor in the Department of Leadership and Organization Management at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management. Her research interests include leadership and teams, employee creativity and innovation, social networks, and human capital and talent management. She has published in leading journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Academy of Management Journal. LU holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, and has taught courses on organizational behavior and leadership development at the undergraduate level.
