LU Dongliang

LU Dongliang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance at Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of British Columbia, an M.S. in Financial Engineering from Columbia University, and a B.S. in Physics and Astronomy from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests include corporate governance, capital structure, contract theory, real option, ESG, and public finance. He teaches courses such as Dynamic Corporate Finance, Theory of Finance, and International Finance.
