LU Chunyan

LU Chunyan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy at Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management. Her research focuses on intellectual property rights in high and new technology enterprises, industrialization of high and new technology enterprises, regional economics research, laws about science and technology, and law of corporation and contracts. She teaches courses in Business Law and Foreign Business Law. Her publications include studies on technology transfer patterns in China, the effect of research universities in the national independent innovation system, and spatially non-stationary models in industry-university R&D innovation.
