JIN Yongjun

JIN Yongjun is an Associate Professor in the Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy at the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. His research areas include Law and Ethics, with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions. He teaches courses such as The Chinese Institution and Business Law, MBA, Critical Thinking and Moral Reasoning, Family Business Succession Map, Mergers and Acquisitions, E-commerce, and Finance and Internet. JIN holds a Bachelor of Philosophy from Eastern China Normal University and a Master of Law from Peking University. He has been affiliated with the Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy since 1996, serving as an assistant professor and later as an associate professor. Additionally, he has worked as an assistant professor at Wenzhou Teacher’s College from 1990 to 1993.
