Regular biography
JIANG Ruoqing is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management. Their research focuses on econometrics, statistical machine learning, empirical finance, empirical macroeconomics, digital economy and finance, and the Chinese economy. JIANG holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University, where their dissertation was titled 'Essays on Econometric Inference with High-dimensional Factor Models.' They also earned an M.S. in Statistics from Stanford University and a B.A. in Economics (Economics and Finance) from Tsinghua University. JIANG's work includes publications such as 'ORLM: A Customizable Framework in Training Large Models for Automated Optimization Modeling,' published in Operations Research.
