HUANG Yi

HUANG Yi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Leadership and Organization Management at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management. His research focuses on team dynamics, emotions and communication, and the psychology of entrepreneurship. He holds a Ph.D. from the Division of Leadership, Management & Organisation at Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a B.A. in International Business Management from Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou, China. His work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Business Venturing and the Journal of Applied Psychology.
