HAO Jie

HAO Jie is an Associate Professor in the Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy at Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship education, international talents' employability and entrepreneurship, women professionals' career development, and family business succession. Dr. Hao teaches Communication courses across undergraduate, master's, MBA, and executive programs. She has authored several books and published in international journals, including The International Journal of Human Resource Management and Asian and Pacific Migration Journal. Her work also includes contributions to Chinese academic publications and book chapters.
