GAO Jian

GAO Jian is a Professor at the Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy, School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. His research focuses on Venture Capital and Private Equity, Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management, Entrepreneurial Spirit and Capabilities, with recent themes including G20 Entrepreneurship Policies and Best Practices, Tech Entrepreneurship, Brand Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Entrepreneurship, and Digital Entrepreneurship. He has published extensively in journals such as Industrial and Corporate Change, R&D Management, and Technology Economics, and has authored several books, including the G20 Entrepreneurship Services Report. GAO also teaches courses on Entrepreneurial Management, Venture Capital Management, and Entrepreneurship Development within various programs at Tsinghua University.
