CHI Wei

CHI Wei is a Professor in the Department of Leadership and Organization Management at Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management. Her research interests include compensation and incentives, job market and employment, talent management, CEO and TMT, and human resources in the new economy. She has published in journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Resource Management Journal, and China Economic Review. CHI Wei teaches courses such as principle of management, compensation management, and human resource economics. She holds a BA in Economics from Renmin University of China and a PhD in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. She joined Tsinghua University in 2005 after serving as a tenure-track assistant professor at Kansas State University.
