Regular biography
Zaiming HAN is a lecturer in the School of Life Sciences at Tsinghua University. HAN obtained a B.S. from Tsinghua University's School of Life Sciences in 2016 and completed a Ph.D. there in 2022. Following a postdoctoral fellowship at Tsinghua University from 2022 to 2026, HAN became a lecturer in 2026. HAN's research focuses on the impacts and mechanisms of microplastic pollution on biomineralization of Pinctada fucata and the exploration of high-yield PHA production in bacterial Halomonas sp. through auto-regulation systems. HAN has published in journals such as Environmental Pollution and International Journal of Biological Macromolecules.
