Regular biography
Yang YANG is an associate professor in the School of Life Sciences at Tsinghua University. He earned his B.S. from Xiamen University (1996-2000) and Ph.D. from St. John’s University (2001-2008). He completed postdoctoral research at Stony Brook University (2008-2009) and Albert Einstein College of Medicine (2010-2012). His research focuses on molecular biology and educational innovation, with publications in areas such as HIV-1 capsid dynamics and online education. He teaches courses including Introduction to Modern Biology and Life Science History.
