Regular biography
Xueming Li is a faculty member in the School of Life Sciences at Tsinghua University. His research focuses on the theoretical and methodological aspects of electron cryo-microscopy (CryoEM) and its applications in structural biology. He is particularly interested in developing and applying novel image processing and experimental technologies to advance CryoEM for routine atomic-resolution structure analysis of biological structures. Li has contributed to several publications in journals such as Nature and Scientific Reports, highlighting his work on CryoEM techniques and their applications. He is also involved in the Tsinghua-Peking Joint Center for Life Sciences and the Beijing Frontier Research Center for Biological Structure.
