Xiaoxuan JIA

Xiaoxuan Jia is a Faculty member in the School of Life Sciences at Tsinghua University. Dr. Jia holds a Ph.D. from the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences at the McGovern Institute for Brain Research, MIT, and previously worked as a Postdoctoral Associate at the Allen Institute. Currently, Dr. Jia serves as an Associate Professor at Tsinghua University and is affiliated with the Center for Life Sciences and the IDG/McGovern Institute for Brain Research at Tsinghua University. His research focuses on understanding how visual sensory information is represented and propagated in the mouse visual cortex, combining systems, computational, and cognitive neuroscience. Dr. Jia has published extensively in top-tier journals such as Nature Communications and Neuron.
