Regular biography
Maojun YANG is a Professor in the School of Life Sciences at Tsinghua University. He holds a Ph.D. and has a research focus on structural biology combined with cell and molecular biology, utilizing biochemistry to study the structure and function of cell-induced external signals and proteins related to cell energy metabolism. His work includes drug design and clinical application research based on high-resolution structures of biological macromolecules. He has published extensively in top-tier journals, including Nature, Science, and Cell, covering topics such as mitochondrial complex I, ATP synthase, and mechanosensitive ion channels.
