Haipeng GONG

Haipeng GONG is a faculty member in the School of Life Sciences at Tsinghua University. He holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biophysics from Johns Hopkins University and completed postdoctoral research at the University of Chicago and Tsinghua University. His research focuses on developing computational algorithms for predicting protein 3D structures from amino acid sequences and analyzing large-scale conformational changes of macromolecules using molecular dynamics simulations. He has published in journals such as Nature Machine Intelligence and Advanced Science. His work includes contributions to protein structure prediction and molecular dynamics simulations.
