Robert McMillan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Toronto. His research focuses on public economics and the economics of education. He holds a Ph.D. from Stanford (1999) and a B.A. from Oxford (1988). McMillan's work includes studies on housing markets, education markets, and policy analysis.
