Hong Luo

Hong Luo is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Toronto and serves as Academic Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurship. Luo holds a Ph.D. from New York University (2011), an M.A. from Beijing University (2005), and a B.A. from Renmin University of China (2002).
