Tulika MITRA

Tulika MITRA is the Provost's Chair Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the National University of Singapore (NUS), where she also serves as Dean of the School of Computing and Vice Provost (Special Projects). She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and has been affiliated with NUS since 2001. Her research focuses on real-time embedded systems, energy-efficient AI accelerators, and low-power reconfigurable edge accelerators. She leads several research programs and collaborates with industry partners such as ARM, AMD, and Meta. Tulika has held leadership roles in academic committees and has contributed to numerous conferences and journals. She has supervised over 25 PhD students and has received recognition for her research and service to the academic community.

Tulika Mitra is a Professor of Computer Science at the National University of Singapore, specializing in Design Automation, Low Power Design, Embedded Systems, and Real-Time Systems. Her research focuses on improving the efficiency and reliability of embedded and real-time systems through advanced design automation techniques. She has contributed significantly to the development of tools and methodologies for timing analysis, power management, and performance optimization in multi-core and heterogeneous architectures. Her work addresses critical challenges in embedded software, such as worst-case execution time (WCET) analysis, cache-related preemption delays, and energy consumption estimation.
