Regular biography
Tan Sun Teck is an Associate Professor (Educator Track) in the Department of Computer Science at the National University of Singapore. He is the Emeritus Director of the Centre for Nurturing Computing Excellence (CeNCE) and oversees programming contests such as NOI, IOI, and ICPC, as well as student training in programming and problem solving. His research areas include competitive programming, educational systems, and peer evaluation. He is also involved in organizing events like the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) and the National Cybersecurity Olympiad.
