LEONG Wai Kay

Dr. LEONG Wai Kay is a Senior Lecturer (Educator Track) in the Department of Computer Science at the National University of Singapore. He holds a Ph.D. and a Bachelor of Computing from the same institution. Dr. Leong teaches undergraduate courses in programming methodology and software engineering on iOS platforms. His research interests include mobile network programming and language design. He has contributed to several conferences with publications on topics such as TCP congestion control, wireless network interference, and cellular data networks. His work has been presented at events like CoNEXT, WiNTECH, SECON, PAM, and HotMobile.
