Lee Gim Hee

Lee Gim Hee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the National University of Singapore (NUS). She heads the Computer Vision and Robotic Perception (CVRP) Laboratory and is affiliated with the NUS Graduate School for Integrative Sciences and Engineering (NGS) and the NUS Institute of Data Science (IDS). Her research interests include Computer Vision, Robotic Perception, and Machine Learning. She has served as an associate editor of IJCV and has been an Area Chair for several conferences, including CVPR, ICCV, and NeurIPS. She has also held roles as Program Chair for 3DV 2022 and Demo Chair for CVPR 2023.

Gim Hee Lee is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the National University of Singapore, specializing in Computer Vision, Robotics, and Machine Learning. Her research focuses on advancing point cloud analysis, autonomous navigation, and 3D visual perception for self-driving cars. She has developed innovative methods such as So-net, PointNetVLAD, and CVM-Net, which enhance place recognition, geo-localization, and cross-view matching. Her work also includes vision-based autonomous mapping, micro aerial vehicle design, and end-to-end point cloud registration using transformers. Lee's contributions span from system design to real-world applications in GPS-denied environments and multi-camera systems for autonomous vehicles.
