David Sraer is the James J. and Marianne B. Lowrey Professor of Business & Professor of Economics at the University of California, Berkeley, in the Department of ECON. His research focuses on Finance, including Financial Economics, Behavioral Finance, Behavioral Economics, Economics of Organization, and Entrepreneurship. He is also an associate editor for the Journal of the European Economic Association and a faculty research fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research. Prior to joining Berkeley, he was an assistant professor of economics at Princeton University, where he received the Jacob Viner preceptorship.
