Mohammad Samizadeh Nikoo

Mohammad Nikoo is an Assistant Professor at NTU Singapore specializing in nanoelectronics, THz technologies, functional materials, III-V semiconductors, and CMOS design. His research focuses on developing advanced nanoscale devices for ultrafast electronics, terahertz applications, and high-efficiency power systems. He explores novel materials and structures to enhance device performance, including the use of wide-band-gap technologies and nonlinear transmission lines for RF pulse generation. His work also addresses challenges in transistor losses, electrical control of vanadium dioxide, and high-frequency power conversion.
