Anuvab Das is an Assistant Professor at Nanyang Technological University, specializing in Synthetic Chemistry, Protein Engineering, Biocatalysis, and Bioinorganic Chemistry. His research focuses on enzymatic nitrogen insertion into unactivated C–H bonds, C–H amination mediated by cobalt organoazide adducts, and the characterization of reactive nitrenoid intermediates. He explores biocatalytic strategies for enantioenriched primary amination of tertiary C–H bonds and the synthesis of complex cyclic structures through enzymatic assembly.
