Li Yinghui is an Assistant Professor (NRF Fellow) at Nanyang Technological University, School of Biological Sciences. Her research focuses on understanding how deregulated oncogenic signalling pathways alter the cancer cell epigenome and transcriptome to drive cancer progression. Her current work explores the role of pro-inflammatory signalling, specifically non-canonical NF-κB and TWEAK/Fn14 pathways, in activating cis-regulatory drivers of cancers. She also investigates how NF-κB/p52 associated long noncoding RNAs interact with transcription factors or chromatin regulators to mediate oncogenic functions and develop strategies to target these interactions. Her research areas include cancer biology, NF-κB signalling, transcription, epigenomics, and long non-coding RNAs.
