Regular biography
Lee Yi-Chen is an Associate Professor Assistant Chair (Alumni/Outreach) in the School of Biological Sciences at Nanyang Technological University. Their research focuses on ultrasensitive biomarker detection for critical neurodegenerative conditions at point-of-care, as well as digital biomarkers and data analytics for chronic conditions. They also explore FemTech, particularly addressing female unmet medical needs such as menopause-related syndromes. Their work integrates physical and digital biomarkers to enhance healthcare management. Research areas include biomedical devices with advanced fiber sensors, brain disorders and aging, and health economics.
