Zen Chu is a Senior Lecturer in Healthcare Innovation at the MIT Sloan School of Management and the Harvard-MIT Health Sciences & Technology program, and serves as Faculty Director of MIT's Hacking Medicine Initiative. He is actively involved in consulting companies in pharma, medical tech, corporate venture capital, and healthcare systems adapting to global digital transformation. Chu co-created HST.978 MIT Healthcare Ventures, a graduate course that teaches medical artificial intelligence innovation, digital health models, generative AI, and venture capital investing. He has also managed and led new ventures for Harvard Medical School, Harvard’s Wyss Institute for Bioengineering, NetVentures, and Hewlett-Packard.
