Aithan Shapira

Aithan Shapira is a Senior Lecturer in Information Technology at MIT Sloan, where he contributes to the academic and professional development of students and leaders. His work focuses on transformational executive training and the intersection of creativity, culture, and leadership. Shapira is the founder of TILT, a firm dedicated to evolving leaders and cultures for dynamic contexts. He has developed progressive curricula for global leaders, high-performing change agents, and organizations advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals. His research and practice draw on experiences in creative processes, including studies in Australian Aboriginal communities and his background in the arts. Shapira also serves on McKinsey's think tank for Learning Innovation and has collaborated with institutions such as Harvard iLab, Stanford d.school, and the Berklee Institute for Creative Entrepreneurship.
